Would you like to or have you made your purchase with Klarna?

EK accepts Klarna as a payment method for orders shipped to Germany or Austria.

To pay with Klarna, please note the following:

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna as a payment method. The billing address provided must match your registered address. The maximum purchase amount allowed on Klarna invoice is determined by Klarna using a credit check and varies from individual to individual. If your purchase fails, you may be able to try again with a smaller amount.

Paying with Klarna is very easy - and this is how it works:

Select Klarna as your payment method and enter your billing and delivery information. Your delivery address may differ from your billing and registration address. Klarna will then carry out an identity and credit check and verify your information - this only takes a few seconds. As soon as your details have been verified and your order has been authorized, we will send you an order confirmation by email. Your order will then be forwarded to our warehouse for processing. As soon as your order has been shipped, Klarna will send you your invoice to the email address you provided when ordering. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice amount directly to Klarna. All payment information is provided on the invoice. Please state the intended purpose stated on the invoice so that your payment can be assigned. Keep an eye on the status of your invoice via the Klarna portal.

Please note that Klarna is an independent billing company. EK has no influence if your payment with Klarna is declined. If you have any further questions about your invoice purchase, please contact Klarna customer service directly.

How much are the shipping costs?

For orders over 39,95€ we offer free shipping (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the order.

Return & Refund

How do I return items?

Returns are processed via our returns portal .
Everything else will be explained to you there.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have processed your return and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will refund the full purchase amount to the payment method you used to place your original order.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last goods. You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you want to cancel your order, please send an email to: ekmood.service@gmail.com. If you have already paid for your order, you can only cancel it if the order has not been processed by our warehouse.
